How do I book a truck for my party?

Do you have a restaurant?
Yes we do. It is called ” BurgerWay “ located on 15 Whitney Ave, New Haven, CT, 06510
How far in advance should I book the truck?
We make reservations on a first come first serve basis. Once the non-refundable deposit is paid, the event is booked
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel 30 days before your event, we will refund you all your deposit
What is the cost for less than 50 people?
The fee remains the same for up to 50 guests, whether you have 25 or 50 people in attendance.
What is the maximum number of guests you can accommodate?
We can serve up to 100 guests per truck with our standard packages. However, every event is different. Inquire within for larger parties. We have a solution for any size party!
When is the truck expected to arrive?
The BurgerWay Truck will arrive one hour prior to the start of your event to set up and prepare for serving. Our team will be on hand to cater to your guests for a period of two hours. Our services are all-inclusive
When is the deadline for providing our final head count?
At least 5 days prior to event
Do I have to pay the full price for young children?
Children under 6 years old receive complimentary admission
What is your service area?
We will cater anywhere in Connecticut, but our price is based on a 15 miles radius from the restaurant located in New Haven. There is an additional travel charge of $3 per mile and round trip may apply
What if it rains?
Our parties are rain or shine. We will park close to cover, bring a tent, or even bring the food inside. We’ll roll with it and make it work!
Can you park in our backyard?
Sure, but only if the ground is level and firm. These trucks are very heavy and can get stuck easily. We are not responsible for any damages to your lawn
Can you park in our driveway or on street in front of house?
As long as the ground is level and firm
How big is your BurgerWay Truck?
Our BurgerWay Truck is about 24 feet long and 8 feet wide
Do you offer gluten free, vegetarian, etc?
We can supply Gluten free buns if needed, we offer veggie burgers, and we use canola oil in our fryers. There are no nut products on the truck
Do you provide the plates?
We bring paper goods, forks, napkins, condiments, and anything else you would need
Do you have Ice Cream?
Certainly! Our Premium Vanilla Ice Cream comes with a variety of delicious toppings to choose from. Additionally, we also offer a specialized Ice Cream Bus through our sister company, Gebril's Ice Cream. Please feel free to ask about pricing when making your reservation
